city view clean room helpful staff
my room was clean the bathroom was big with both a shower and a bath i also loved the selection of refreshments. the bed was very comfortable i had a nice view of the city center. the staff were all polite and helpful this.
i noticed a slight delay at check in as the rooms weren't quite ready but i was able to leave my luggage

early drilling poor flushing
Drilling started early each morning and continued for hours. I was also surprised by the condition of the room upon arrival. The toilet lacked flushing power, a significant inconvenience .

The hotel location is very convenient. It is close to the train station. The breakfast had a good choice and the staff were great (.. ) I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit. The room was very comfy and tidy.
My upgraded room did not feel quite finished. The decor lacked a high standard of completion. There was dried paint on and around the wash basin in the bathroom, and there was no hand soap provided to wash my hands. I needed to reset the electrics frequently in the room.

a romantic stay
perfect location friendly staff spacious room
the location near the train station was AMAZING!!! I found it so convenient. the staff showed such kindness, always ready to help. the room was so spacious, especially the bathroom with its bright mirror and those wonderful 'thisworks' toiletries. the cozy room temperature.
i asked for a quiet room but the first room faced a noisy area. i could hear traffic and trains all night. it slightly marred the otherwise tender experience.

the hotel has excellent access to the travel system. it links the airport to the city, a great feature. conference and meeting rooms were excellent, facilitating our activities. the hotel provided a complimentary upgrade, granting access to the exclusive lounge and amenities.

the hotel is close to the city centre, only a short walk away. piccadilly train station is nearby, offering easy connections for travel. a concert venue is located right behind the hotel. this proximity makes exploring so easy.
